Before training today, Wai Ching dedicated a song to Kok Loong, saying he wants to play Ji Ko PAk forever with him.. Ok, that's a prank.. but the DJ thought Wai Ching is a girl, cuz they think is Swee Hong.. Ha.. Funny.. then X country team dedicated a song to our Daddy, MR CHen, saying that we'll do our v best for national's!
While briefing us, Mr Chen gave us each a pair of shoelace stopper by TYR.. Thanks Mr CHen, cuz he said he usually give top 6 only, but he said we all deserved it =) ha.. also, we got some sports beans known as ''magic jelly beans'' sponsered by MR Wong.. =) Not bad, lime flavoured.
We warm up for 3 rounds, cool down 3 rounds, if im not wrong girls did 2.4km while guys do 3.2km.. Ha.. today most of us wore our vests today! hee........ Mr Chen said we looked strong n fierce.. but speed wise, another thing, ha!
YeAh.. about a bus of supporters will be transported via our school's bus to turf city! Wed, we'll be dismissed at 10 plus to sleep in dance studio or gym! REsT, dun study! hahaa.............. but alot of tests coming up.. anyway, race will probably be around 4.50pm? GOOD LUCK TEAM INNOVA! tml rest, sunday taper, mon rest, tue taper, wed rACE! YES!!!!!
