5 days leFT!

Before training today, Wai Ching dedicated a song to Kok Loong, saying he wants to play Ji Ko PAk forever with him.. Ok, that's a prank.. but the DJ thought Wai Ching is a girl, cuz they think is Swee Hong.. Ha.. Funny.. then X country team dedicated a song to our Daddy, MR CHen, saying that we'll do our v best for national's!

While briefing us, Mr Chen gave us each a pair of shoelace stopper by TYR.. Thanks Mr CHen, cuz he said he usually give top 6 only, but he said we all deserved it =) ha.. also, we got some sports beans known as ''magic jelly beans'' sponsered by MR Wong.. =) Not bad, lime flavoured.

We warm up for 3 rounds, cool down 3 rounds, if im not wrong girls did 2.4km while guys do 3.2km.. Ha.. today most of us wore our vests today! hee........ Mr Chen said we looked strong n fierce.. but speed wise, another thing, ha!

YeAh.. about a bus of supporters will be transported via our school's bus to turf city! Wed, we'll be dismissed at 10 plus to sleep in dance studio or gym! REsT, dun study! hahaa.............. but alot of tests coming up.. anyway, race will probably be around 4.50pm? GOOD LUCK TEAM INNOVA! tml rest, sunday taper, mon rest, tue taper, wed rACE! but theres no way we can let any AJC, JJC, MI etc runners be infront of us!

Turf city long run

Initially most of us thought today would be another trial, especially the girls. In the end, it wasn't. Mr Wong took over Mr Chen today cuz Mr Chen has something on at JB.

MArla & I was the first two late comers. 2 mins late according to Mr Wong. We took a cab over from Clementi, price- ard 7 plus. We were cheated by the SBS bus driver. He said the shuttle bus to Turf City would probably reach 10 mins ltr, when Marla already waited 40 mins till den i met her to wait for 15 mins plus. It was fortunate that we went to hail a cab instead, if not we'll be ultra late. Reason being, the first shuttle bus starts at 10.30 or 10.45 am ? wow.. but the time we were at Clementi was 8.20. And Marla, was there since 7.30?

The girls did 2 rds of 3.5 or 3.7km.. Does anyone knows which one? Then the guys did 2 rds of 4.5km? oh ya.. Kok Loong came late.. We saw him onli after our first round.. HA.. After he finishes running, told him that we came in cab, he must feel bad.. LOL.. ah.. Anyway.. Today got Sher Jie got knee injury and Shangeri?, shall call her Shan in short, has ankle injury... So, their form weren't in tip top condition.

Mr Wong said we were going for long and slow run. In the end, he left us at some part of the route and was way ahead. He was with us, the girls, while the guys went on their own.At the second round, we were asked to start opening up our strides at the 1.5km mark, and then at 400m in fact that was intially claimed 300m, that we have to push all the way.

Today we saw a pretty white pony =)

There were a primary school track and field team running their way too ( clapclap)

Then for sec schs, saw St Nic, Commonwealth etc.. JCs wise, VJC, RafFLEs, HwaCHONg` HAhaa.. heard that VJV ran 3rds of 4.5km..

Oh ya, girls, who wants to buy FBT shorts tell Mr Wong the size. Wednesday getting vests. HA.. Mr Wong said said must be official such that the vests are going to be presented, like commandos like dat, to prove that we are worthy.. Wow.. Oh ya, it's a pity Ying Hao can't come support us on Nationals. He's going NS next tue? He's one of the senior that often visit us nowadays, other than hui yin of cuz =)

While running, we girls actually had thoughts abt Nationals. The whole team is going to wear the same colour socks, same shoes if possible since most of us have the same, same colour underwear! lol.. *PINK*

After training, we went to Giant, in the end most of us didn't buy things. Mr wong was with us. He bought the energy drink power which i forgot what's the brand is. That was meant for us to drink on Tues? Heard that other schools' athletes are provided with pills. Ha. Of cuz, with herbal components with no chemical ingredients. According to Mr Wong, the Organisation is willingly to fork out 1 million dollars to anyone who catch runners who eat pills that are chemically madeup. Coool.........

Some of us, Dawei, WaiChing, Winston, KokLoong, TeChun, YingHao and me ate western food at a place called BBQ something. Oh no, i have to admit my bad memory. Anyway, there was this attractive $3.90 set meal that tempted us to eat there. Of cuz, it onli applies to the basic ones like chicken chop, fish n chip, chicken cutlet etc. Despite that, the feedbacks were not bad. Have a comment on the ice tea which cost $1.90. Techun bought that, and yeah, it was presented to him just like the sample one, ice tea with lemon, orchid n pineapple skin? ha.. It was a unique combination. We made the person in charge walking around by ordering at different times and paying separately, such that he has to walk back to get change for us. Also, we spoke in china accent. ha. Hui Xian, Jem, Marla went to Giant again cuz there was no slurpee in 7 eleven. Spoilt.

Dawei n Waiching went Church after that, and so the rest of the team headed to the Ang mo kio shuttle bus except Marla, Ying Hao, Kok Loong, Techun n me heading towards Clementi. Ying Hao separated with us when he alighted at the main street outside Turf. Before that, he was talking about orientations, camps all dat.. They reallly sounded fun. HA. Left with the four of us, when crossing road, something dropped on Kok Loong's head. ah. Dunno wat's that. Scary, we still thought his head bleed. In the end we headed to Mac, Kok washed his whole head? ha.. If WaiChing ard, wonder what he will say.. Ha

In the end, today didn't go see Track at Gombak, the weather was so bad that there were explosive thunders and lightening bolts. It was as if we were undergoing earthquakes? haa.. Anyway, tml also have. Pei Xi will be running, Mr Wong will be coming. Next week also, and perhaps next nex week?

12 days to NATIONALS!

YEah, the title says 12DAYS TO NATIONALS!!! So guys, good luck, all the way cuz WE'RE almosT THERE!!!!!! Even if we didn't beat our personal best, it's ok cuz like Alisa said, '' GOOD EFFORT put in for training! I know your timing may not reflect it but well done! Persevere! '' So, ya.. I believe we'll definitely do well as ''You can only go as far as you push!'', and this surely applies to us.. WoohOo.. Quick update- tomorrow training is@ 8.30am at Turf City.. Meet at 7.30am at Woodlands if u want =)

So, i'll end off this post with Wai Ching again.. LOL... perhaps can be a reporter that specially cover on stuff on MR RANdOm of TeAM innovA already... still remembered the scene @ Clementi bus interchange when Kok Loong stared at me cuz i suddenly walk all the way over beside Wai Ching just to hear what his saying! HAHAa..

Wednesday training at Turf City, during stretching for warm up- As Mr Chen didn't know Hong knew about the underwear incident, he said about it.. And to think Mr Random said ''YA, purple'' All of us shocked again, including Mr Chen, cuz Wai Ching still admit it.. good gracious! hahaa....... Then bcuz of sth Mr C said, W.C replied '' as long as Hong achieve her objective for joining us today, she'll be happy ''.. as for the objective, shall leave it as a suspense for u guys?~ o.O

Mr Chen commented that Hong has lost weight, when waiting for the bus to Clementi which included W.C, K.L, MArla, Hong n me, W.c said '' it may be bcuz u are barefooted, so maybe u look thinner..'' WA.. Everyone stunned.. Den Hong said '' OK, den everyone dun wear shoes, meaning all become lighter n slimmer? haha.. ''

Outside 7 eleven, becuz we're so bored while waiting, there was a sudden silence among us.. WaicHing den said, ''wa.. still got 20 mins to the time bus arrive, why not we..'' before he finishes, i said '' Oh.. u want play Ji Ko paK?'' Dotx... sometims i think im so evil cuz i always think he wants to play this game.. Den W.C said'' ya, why not, maybe we can, i haven't played that for days.. ever since the J1 camp'' LOLZ.... So, i trigger the Ji Ko Pak thing again?! lol... den he ask who wants to play Ji Ko Pak.. Hong asked K.L to play with him cuz all of us- the girls, turned our heads away while K.L was the nearest to him, he had became player 1~! lol.. but nono, guess what happen, our MArla was ready to accept the challenge, saying '' Ok, come come, let's play.. '' All of us didnt expect it.. HAhaa.. W.c carried on with'' Ok.. this is like a Tournament.. No, let's have a Friendly Match..!'' Okie.. i wonder why Wai Ching's randomness is so interesting that if he didn't say any of them, something must be out of place.. and i guess his randomness always exist in certain part of trainings.. perhaps like some joke of the day.. but i shan't compare his randomness to jokes as his randomness is not said on purpose.. Most of the time which didnt meant to be jokes...

There's a hand sign Marla always do when she has no comments and dunno what to say in some situations.. When she did that n Hong followed after in the bus, W.C queried what's that about... ha... den Hong said this handsign he also dunno and still ask, she'll poke his eyes with the ''twist'' handsign.. oh my.. i guess W.c going to be scared of Hong cuz she wants to slap him n all that.. LOlz.. of cuz these didnt' happen... Only saying for fun as W.C always said sth to Hong dat she can't tolerate...

While going down a slope down Clementi bus interchange, W.c complained about his muscleache cux of push ups.. he said '' to me, one push up is equal to one hundred long runs''? n talked so scientifically that we are moving in acceleration.. our velocity is wat n wat.. HAHAa.. Wa.. 1push up = 1000km of dist.. i guess normal pple would think 1 push up is better than 1000km of running.. haha.. As we JAY walk the road, when a car is approaching, W.C said '' WaHahaa.. COme ahead and bang me.. '' dotdotdot..

Wed, Kok Loong almost lost his watch.. G-shock or baby G... His expression dat time was like frowning innocently and yet like going to cry any moment dat when u see his expression, it really tells u he's v v sad.. ha... luckily Da Wei and him went to find the RJC guys and got it back.. But of cuz, K.L didnt and won't cry.. it's just a kind of description to his expression..

Oh Ya.. WaiCHing thanked us for telling him that the uniform is meant to be tucked out! haha.. he didn't no that the last button was for that purpose?! oh ya.. he told Mr Chen that tucking in is his personal belief.. w.c always talk so philosophically.. HAHaa... but in the end, our effort was in vain on teaching him that he should tuck out his shirt cuz the next day, we saw him tucking in again =.=

Alisa got a blister within a blister.. It's really very big and yet she can run & be in the first place.. Applause for her =)

Anyway, Hwa Chong guys had their heads shaved.. omg.. to reduce air resistance or a trend? Ask Mr Chen if he did that last time, '' he said no, his hair last time he's hair is short enough n guess this is a trend lately'' To some extent, perhaps it's a trend, ever since our sch whole hockey guys shaved their heads too..

After hillwork, while walking towards Mr Chen, girls- Alisa, Marla n me were discussing sth.. which is- are we going to run back?! reason being- Jemimah, Vivian n Hong were gone with the bottles, only with Mr Chen standing down the slope waiting for us.. Somehow, we gave ourselves away and asked what are we going to do next. Mr Chen then gave a secret smile & bluffed us that '' YEAH~! U'rE RIGHt! WE'rE GoinG TO RUn BACK!'' yupz.. our next expression---> O.O
in the end, we merely jogged while chatting with Mr Chen, den chit-chatting, Mr Chen said i shall be the coach of the day?! huh.. DEn the guys joined us shortly n Mr Chen said they were fast... As a whole, the whole process was..- TeAm InNOva rushing against RJC,HC,VJC,ACJC, some sec schs.. we ran in the opposite direction.. HAhaa..

cuz some pple from the other schools are walking, some of us asked why they were doing that.. Mr Chen said it's ok for them cuz the others in front are fast.. haha.. den there's a point where a ''hurdle'' exists, and a guy from one of the abv mentioned leaped across and then another stepped on the ''hurdle'' and jumped down.. Mr Chen said '' We're not going to do these stunts. CUz if any of us got injured after doing that, our team is done for it..'' ya.. the analogy- other schools' no. of x country pple were like PE class..

Again, i shall reiterate: 12 days left!!! JIA YOU!!!!!!!!

oh ya.. Realised OCOP got quite a number of crossies.. Dawei, Faris, Vivien, Winston.. HAaa... Hopefully, J1s this yr all of us can get in.. Jem, Marla n I signed up.. Hmm.. Wondered if the guys had done so.. Anyway, J1's new captain will be Sher Jie for guys and Jem for Girls.. Mr Chen said he has it planned.. Next yr after Jem will be HOng! =)

oh ya.. Mr Chen shook hands with the guys..'' You all are going to be in the school team! '' W.C said 'YEAH!' den said it's a pleasure or wat... ahhaa.. Mr Chen jokingly said: we have 8 fighting for 8... 5 fighting for 8 also for trials! haha.. cuz some pple didnt join us that day.. cuz got soccer, badminton, netball trainings.. Haa.. oh yeah.. there's a small boy Mr Chen pointed out that he'll be the next top runner when he reaches JC! hahaa..... bright future =)

Random Episode 2

Hi guys.. this is actually not really episode 2 on Random Wai Ching.. But, yeah.. Part of the post includes him...

Today the J1s had pE at 4.40-5.40pm.. Jem, Marla n i didnt go as Mr Chen asked us not to run... But the initial plan was to do long run when Jem n i asked Mr Chen in the morning... HAa.. Well den.. Did homework.. Jem doing Econs? Marla Maths.. I doing Geo.. Dawei doing Maths too.. den he joking he doing J1's tutorial.. hmm.. Alisa and Kok Loong were sleeping cuz they were too tired... Before that, J2s got Pe too.. half an hr before us i think.. OH.. We escaped.. -.- V sad to say.. Suddenly saw Techun and Waiching running on track.. AHHH!!! they got PE too!~ didn't tell them not to run.. Oopx

Techun came back and said he had to run extra round cuz Mr Chen thinks he was too fast.. 1ST! WahahaA... but it's also bcuz of my classmate, Chze Hao.. Cuz he was second and he told Mr Chen he wanted to join x country after April.. den somehow there's a link or so, and Techun had to run extra to prove he's a runner =) My friend guilty already.. HAa.. I represent my vice Cg rep say pai seh to TeChun XP

kkz.. today ran 3 rds lane 8 for warm up, drills, same routine.. hmm.. Basketball guys were having training, doing intervals.. Ms Chua was sitting there on a chair eating bread.. She's injured.. HEy, is that why she didnt appear at the Changi Camp.. WAIT.. in the first place, did she went? Nvm, then she asked us if we were doing self training.. Then we told her Mr Chen coming.. I jokingly said, she want to train us.. ha.. den Jem asked me to repeat myself.. She said NO, we'll die.. LOLx..

As Track people were running, we have to clear lane 1-3 or 4.. anyway.. Mr Chen asked if i lost weight -.- ok.. 300g, i hope i lost it.. cuz i was overweight cuz of it due to the fact that everyone in the class became shorter.. me, 2CM.. Which means 1-2kg difference of being overweight.. I AM MUCH LIGHTER NOW!! Ok.. Mr Chen corrected WaiChing's drills.. he said if he don't, he really can't help laughing.. >.< carried on with, imagine race day see others doing drills, suddenly pple see Innova, so the drills have to be worked on..

=) then there goes training of intervals 4x 400m for girls, 5 rds of field for girls consisting striding n jogging instructed by Mr Wong.. cuz we r either injured or burnt out.. so, as a team, we did that together.. OH ya, before that Mr Wong was talking to us about our vest.. Asking if we want NIKE oR NEW BALANCE.. hahaa..in the end, still, NIKE! Stick to our initial choice.. Even got the shirt size which we went to try out at sports shop.. ANyway, Mr Chen came and said NIKE is better after the talkings.. HA! so, we have to be convinced!~lol.. but no la, we want nikE!

K, we finished the training which was considered light as Mr Chen said he planned for 4x400m, 4x400m, 3x300 or 400m?WOa.. have to applause for the guys.. they did more than twice as much as us.. until forgot how many rounds.. And ya, record of the day, 45secs for Kenny~! Clapclap =) well done everyone too.. Especially Waiching cuz Mr Chen said he improved the most.... and also MARLA! HEeee..

after training, we were told to rest by lying on the track and gaze at the sky.. Mr Chen said this is the time he loved the most during his Jc times.. after his 2hrs of swimming.. HAA.. Marla n Jem were talking den.. MArla then mentioned there's an elephant in the sky, with its truck and blahblahblah... Mr Chen den said that's the difference between girls and guys.. Girls used alot of description words? if im not wrong..

^.^ oK! here comes the highlight...... Mr Chen said he saw W.C underwear.. Purple.. then he said something must be wrong.. LOL.. hmm.. that's ok but W.C replied with he weared pink last time.. was like OMG?! rather uncommon for people to response like this with such scenario.. further more.. PINK~ for a guy.. haha.. maybe it's fashionable.. Lol.. during stretching w.C asked how's the run today.. he's someone who concerns others alot? how's the lesson, how's the run, how are u feeling.. kk.. den i told him im going to blog abt today then he said dun defame him or he'll sue me.. But then, before i can say anything or think about it, he say relax and he's jus kidding.. =X den he said he didn't meant pink but red cuz Kok Loong asked where got pink one for guys.. dOt.. TeChun say maybe G string >.o'''

kk... Techun & Winston be careful..! W.C jus said he hope to trash u guys tml at turf city.. OPpz.. it's like he said hi, bb, i go sleep, lol, see you tomorrow & den that.. Ya.. BEWARE!~ maybe this is too late to be warning.. but Winston got the signal i think , at the mrt, he said he's bucking up =)

Today got a guy new comer, does anyone know what's his name?!!? oh ya.. Ying Hao came back =) ahaa.. one of the seniors who came back more often.. he also went for the leadership camp! hahaa.. and ya, WenChong joined us back.. Sorry to say, forgot to tell him about the training though i promised.. OPPz.. PAisEh..

before training, Alisa shouted x country training to make it known to others in the school.. To be exact, those who's interested and wants to join.. but guess not really got pple coming bcuz of that? hmm.\.. TOuch Rugby did that before us.. That was more of a shock cuz the girl jus suddenly & immediately shouted... Alisa stood on the bench for some time before announcing, pple alrdy knew.. aFter that, Mr Daniel Lee asked what are we trying to do by doing that, selling off something? Haaa.. but Mr Lee's touch rugby? hee.. advertising strategy..LOL

PS: this saturday got Track event at Bukit Gombak stadium.. Who wants go? Kok Loong, me and maybe HongHong going there again.. hopefully Hong can recover from her fever by then.. She haven't went school for days! Hopefully Jem and Hong have their knee injuries heal sooner, Alisa and Vivien stop having shin splints, Vivien to not have stitch =,

Random WaiChing

This post is actually a narration on what happened today..
but the main subject is still on Waiching.. Our mR Random -.-'''
0h ya.. this expression reminded me that W.C used three fingers to do the sweat sign on his head when he plays ji ko pak with Kenny.. haha.. the way he did was funny..

Ok.. Today, supposingly doing Long run for J1s.. In the end, only Techun, WaicHing n me went for the run cuz Jemimah got fever- Mr Chen also don't allow her to run until Wed and Marla- doing long run herself cuz she's too tired after her flight yesterday?

Techun n Waiching were somehow sprinting for the first 3km.. but maybe that's guys speed? haaha.. then i sprint until when Techun leave us for 6km, i jog and then stride.. WAa.. lucky they got accomodate abit.. oh else can faint instantly! i survived with a 41.5 calories of disney oatmeal biscuit during break.. >.< color="#006600">- shall run with you, ltr dunno what will happen.. got bad guys ard.. and ltr u dunno disappear or wat cuz u only eat one biscuit.. ok.. i was like, hey! it's a bright and sunny day, not night time.. lol? then he was talking some biological reasonings.. burn lipids arhz, then release toxic gas all dat.. evaluation.. oh ya.. den we went the wrong route twice~! when we did so many long runs before-.- haha


haaaa.. when we got back, Jemimah waiting for us.. She wanted to find Mr Chen about training schedule.. Then WaicHing went to toilet,appeared shortly and appeared when we were talking to Vivien, Alisa, Dawei.. Jemimah was sitting on the steps cuz she's not feeling very well... then, W.C disappeared and was doing his SuDoKu book!! WWWAAAA.. PRo.. Jemimah den measured her temperature.. 39.8 degree.. v bad.. haix.. but still she insisted to cycle back after the persuadings and Mr Chen's offer to hire cab..

1. after knowing Jem's tem and saying that she'll be ok after sleeping awhile.. he said his worst was 40 plus but he didn't feel sleepy, cuz he was so angry during his fever that he went mad and so very awake!

6. then while walking down the slope at the outside futsal court, Jem was saying sorry for wating our time.. Then W.C said '' it's ok, we still got 70 yrs of my time '' Sian diao.. i didn't say dat.. and i cannot even think of such thing to reply -.-
7. den while waiting for traffic he says,'' nvm.. i nvr waste time talking to u guys for the few hrs'' was like huh? lol...

10. then.. he said it's ok.. he'll jus make up the lost few hours by sleeping lesser.. it's better than Jem losing the rest of her time if we didnt accompany her.. oh my.. dun understand again

akira swift / T.S. liat memorial road relay 2007 @ macritchie reservoir this afternoon! 3km for all runners whatever gender you are! male, female, gay, lesbian, bisexual or whatever.

im so proud of you people! good job! the girls, jemimah (15.25minutes), marla (17.25minutes), rachel (15.43minutes) and siowai (18.04minutes) got 3rd for girls under17 category! and the boys, dawei (12.02minutes), faris (13.19minutes), kenny (11.57minutes) and kokloong (12.17minutes) got 5th for boys men's open category! :DDD
